Our Story
For over three decades, Noura Homes has been more than a builder; we've been a family creating homes for families. Founded in 1992 by Jamilah and Hooshang Askarian, immigrants who turned their dream into a legacy, Noura Homes was built on the belief that every home should be as unique as the people who live in it.
From our beginnings in Coquitlam to shaping signature communities across the Lower Mainland, our journey has been defined by craftsmanship, integrity, and relationships. Each home we build reflects our unwavering commitment to luxury, comfort, and enduring quality; designed not just to stand the test of time, but to feel like home from the moment you walk in.
We've built more than 1,000 custom homes and created opportunities for local trades and families, and given back over $100,000 to community initiatives supporting children, women, and mental health. Our legacy is one of family, perseverance, and purpose; a testament to what can be built when heart and craftsmanship meet.
Built for families, by a family, since 1992.
