Founded by Jamileh and Hooshang Askarian, Noura Homes began as a vision to create residences that honor both beauty and structural integrity. What started as an immigrant dream has become a multi-generational company known for detail-driven luxury and long-standing client relationships.

Together with Jamileh, Hooshang co-founded Noura Homes in 1992 with a shared vision of blending craftsmanship, integrity, and family values. Over three decades, he helped grow the company from a small family business into one of the region's respected custom home builders across Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Mission, Burnaby, and beyond.

As an immigrant entrepreneur with a deep passion for construction and design, Hooshang continues to lead with discipline, humility, and a long-term commitment to quality homes that stand the test of time.

Hooshang Askarian

Founder

Jamileh co-founded Noura Homes in 1992 and continues to lead the company with purpose and resilience. With over $150M in project experience, she has earned deep respect in the construction industry and helped pave the way for the next generation of builders through values rooted in honesty, hard work, and community impact.

Her leadership style combines sharp operational insight with people-first decision-making, ensuring every project reflects both high standards and meaningful contribution to the communities Noura serves.

Jamileh Askarian

Co-founder and President

Aram combines business strategy, design understanding, and community-focused leadership in her role as Managing Director. With over a decade in real estate investment and development, she brings insight shaped by SFU and Harvard Business School, while supporting local non-profits, entrepreneurs, and women in business.

As a mother and mentor, she brings empathy and purpose into every decision, helping Noura Homes evolve with market demands while preserving the company's family-centered values.

Aram Askarian

Managing Director

Growing up in a family immersed in construction, Asana developed an early passion for building and operations. Today, she brings strong execution, innovation, and process discipline to Noura Homes, helping maintain quality and efficiency across projects.

Her focus on systems, delivery, and team coordination plays a key role in keeping projects on schedule and aligned with the premium standards clients expect from Noura.

With over 34 years in land development and house construction, Wayne has built a legacy of shaping communities with strong planning, quality execution, and long-term value. His leadership spans community-building, sustainability initiatives, and a consistent focus on delivering homes and neighborhoods families can truly thrive in.

From early-stage land strategy to final delivery, Wayne brings a practical, experience-driven approach that strengthens project outcomes and supports sustainable growth.

Mohammad brings advanced engineering expertise and practical site leadership to his role in construction management. With a Master's degree from UBC, he is known for technical precision, attention to detail, and implementing practical solutions that improve project quality, efficiency, and on-site coordination.

His hands-on leadership style helps teams maintain safety, consistency, and craftsmanship throughout construction, ensuring each home is delivered to the highest standard.
