Jamileh Askarian Co-founded Noura Homes in 1992 & continues to successfully grow the company almost 30 years later. Despite the many challenges of being a woman in a “man’s industry” she was able to turn her opposition and barriers into opportunity and is now well respected in the construction community. With over $150 Million in total project experience, she is helping to pave the way for the next generation builders. Aram Askarian - Managing Director

Aram Askarian is Managing Director at Noura Homes, a locally owned and operated Coquitlam business, that prides itself on its strong community values and family focused operations. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, is completing the OPM program at Harvard Business School, and is an active member of her community. With over a decade of experience in Real Estate Investment and Development she brings strong skill sets to both her business and non-profit partners. Her passions include being a mother, helping others and working towards becoming a true human being.

Kyla Mcleod-Vice President of Sales and Marketing

I started my career in real estate in 2004. With almost two decades of sales and marketing experience, I can truly say I am passionate about my dedication to my client's real estate goals. I joined the Noura team in 2019 and have loved every minute of it. Out of all the builders and projects I have worked with, Noura is the only builder that has allowed customization for buyers. My position with Noura has further enhanced my construction knowledge and next level ability to exceed buyer’s new homes. My time not in the office or showhomes, you will find me on one of the local hiking trails, soccer field, surfing, and spending time with friends and family.

Jaime-Lyn Holloway -Executive Assistant

I am the Executive Assistant for the Noura Homes family. I really enjoy working in this fast-paced environment. Working for a family run business makes coming into work enjoyable for me. My job position allows me to meet and greet people coming into the office as well as speak with a wide range of people from trades workers to homeowners/renters to engineers and city workers; but my favorite is when my bosses' kids stop by to say hi after school. I look forward to being with Noura Homes for years to come and am excited for what the future holds.

Cynthia Liu- Accounting/bookkeeping

I have been working since 1996 as a bookkeeper. I have had the opportunity to work with several companies but have made a home with my place at Noura. Working with Noura is exciting, there are always new things to learn. When the weather is nice, I really enjoy hiking.

Mohammad Askarpoor- Construction Site Supervisor

Mohammad's journey in construction management began with a passion for engineering and a desire to apply his knowledge in real-world projects. After completing his Master's degree at UBC, he embarked on a career in construction, where he could merge his academic insights with hands-on experience.
With his advanced engineering education, Mohammad possesses a deep understanding of structural integrity, construction processes, and project management principles. This knowledge allows him to not only supervise construction sites effectively but also to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance project efficiency and quality.
As a Construction Site Supervisor, Mohammad is known for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence.
On his days off he enjoys soccer, camping and time with his wife.

For over three decades, Wayne has been a driving force in the world of land development and house construction. With a passion for creating communities that inspire and homes that families cherish, he has built a remarkable legacy in the industry.

His approach focused not only on housing but also on creating cohesive and vibrant neighborhoods.

2000s - Green Initiatives: As environmental awareness grew, so did Wayne's dedication to sustainability. He spearheaded pioneering green building practices and incorporated renewable energy solutions into his projects. His efforts earned him recognition as an industry leader in environmentally responsible construction.

Wayne's time away from work is spent mastering his golf game, water sports and enjoying beers with friends.

Asana Askarian - Executive Vice President - Operations

For Asana, joining the family business was a natural fit from an early age. Growing up in a household deeply immersed in the construction industry, she witnessed the dedication and passion that her family poured into their work. It was here that her fascination with the intricacies of construction and the art of building first took root.

Asana is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Executive Vice President - Operations for Noura Homes. With a relentless commitment to excellence, innovation, and efficiency, she has played a pivotal role in driving the company's success.

Asana is an avid baker that enjoys feeding friends and family with her culinary skills on her down time.
